STORE MANAGER SOFIA
Position: Store manager Sofia
We are looking for a Store manager, who will directly manage sale assistants and will be responsible for the success of our B&M store in Prague. B&M retail department is becoming more and more important for our company. We need an experienced manager who will understand our market and will have a vision of growth.
Footshop is unique retail concept combining exclusive products, in-store events, passion for products and cooperation with local creative people and artists. Each our store has a dedicated space for gallery and interior design supporting event organisation. In Prague, we are part of Vnitroblock, space well-known for good coffee, events and strong connection with local subcultures.
We are strategic partner for most of sneaker brands and an exclusive seller of brands Y-3, adidas x Raf Simons, adidas x Alexander Wang, Vault by Vans, A.P.C., YEEZY, adidas Consortium and we also produce our own products in cooperation with Laformela, Life is Porno, Petra Ptackova, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success
- Leadership (target set up, action plans, feedback) and development (KPI´s, customer service, product knowledge) of a store team
- Observation of customer service and feedback to team members
- Lead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor
- Flawless execution of internal processes
- Recruitment of store staff
- Effective shifts planning
- Managing daily activities and shifts in store
- Improving customer and supplier satisfaction and WOW effect
- Maximization of our revenues by improving KPI´s (conversion rate, average transaction value, unit per transaction) and active sale support
- Proactive communication regarding understock/overstock situations
- Proposals of product replenishment
- Smooth execution of local events and marketing activities in store in cooperation with event/brand coordinator
- Improving quality of product and campaign presentation in cooperation with visual merchandiser
Day-to-day activities:
- Working with reports (Google Drive spreadsheets) and data (Tableau)
- Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
- Searching for new employees and hiring them
- Organising team teambuilding and improvement workshops for sale assistants
Requirements:
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Strong pro-customer approach – customer always on first place
- Proven experience as a retail manager or in other managerial position
- Proven history of successful training of employees in a variety of departments
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Interest in streetwear and sneakers
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft excel knowledge
