What will be your job?

☻ Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
- Providing recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Identifying and addressing financial risks
- Acting as a part of top management and partner to CEO
☻ Reporting of company status to management and board.
- Cash flow predictions
- Plan updates based on last results
☻ Controlling and efficiency optimization
- You will define the most important KPIs per department, track them and actively suggest optimization of processes, renegotiation of deals, etc.
☻ Fundraising
- It's your role to find the right working capital financing as well as negotiation with investors and searching for new cash flow streams (subsidies, etc.)
☻ Leading the Finance team to its highest performance and development of each member

Goal for the first year

☻ Improve the conditions for the financing of working capital.
☻ Set KPIs and targets for all departments based on benchmarks and standards, prepare a reporting of these KPIs and cooperate with managers on improving processes to reach better cash flow and EBITDA results.

We would like you to have:

☻ 3+ years experience in a senior financial managerial position
☻ Experience with equity and debt fundraising with demonstrable results
☻ Experience with controlling and BI
☻ In-depth knowledge of a middle-sized and/or rapidly growing company with all its challenges
☻ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, experience with leading and developing team
☻ Proactivity and drive for improving the results
